The idea behind Designs By Keyna is to help individuals and small business owners
obtain quality Graphic Design, Marketing and Photography services that meet their
budget.

Unfortunately, not all business owners can afford their own art department or afford to
pay high hourly  professionals to do the work for them.  Most of the time business
owners spend hours researching their vendor only to get hit with hidden fees,  and
conditions they did not fully understand.

My goal is to meet with each business owner to learn about their company and  its  
needs.   Then discuss the ways I can help them achieve those needs.   Even though I am a
trained professional in my  field,  I  do  value  the  business  owner’s opinion throughout
my process.  After all, it is their business I am representing.

I will thoroughly talk about my terms and conditions, or any extra costs to the  client  up  
front.   Occasionally,  there  will  be extra costs to a project due to hiring specialty staff,
unforeseen  printing  costs  or  even   shipping   fees.   All  of  these possibilities will be
discussed before any work is completed.  I will do  my  best  to   provide  the  client  with  
multiple quotes when these situations arise.

I will present the client with a written proposal within 1 business day with an estimate  
and  the  terms  we discussed.  This process will not only clarify project terms, but will
also serve as the project contract.   The client will  be allowed 24 hours to negotiate or
change terms they are not in agreement with.
